STEP 3 - EXECUTE : We will meet at regular intervals to discuss your progress, work through challenges and set new goals to get you to that long-term vision.

YOUR NEXT STEP:  You don’t have to struggle through midlife changes alone. Coaching gives you to the support to feel organized, strong, confident, well-rested and energized again.

STEP 2 - DESIGN : I will provide a container for you to design a vision of what health and wellness means to you and we will set long and short-term goals to help you move towards that vision.

STEP 1 - ASSESS : The first step is a complimentary discovery call to determine if we are the right fit to work together. We will discuss coach/client roles and scope and duration of services.

Health coaching will help you create lasting habits that support health and well-being in this powerful stage of life.

Health Coaching Services

I offer in-person and virtual private and small group yoga sessions as well as yoga workshops. I am certified in a variety of modalities including: vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, stand up paddleboard and arm balances and inversions; including the Yogi Flight Method®.

Yoga Services

This is my signature 12 week program that combines education and coaching support across the 4 pillars: Sleep, Movement, Nutrition and Psychological Wellbeing

Power in The Pause Program

I have been working under a certified personal trainer for the last year learning how to create workout plans for women with all levels of fitness. I am currently working on obtaining my Personal Training Certification through NASM so I can bring you individualized workouts plans to complement my health coaching and yoga services.
